Chenoa Skin Care LTD doesn't give any details to third parties. All data remains private and we don't keep card details.

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT
All payments are in GBP. We accept PayPal and Cheques.
If paying by cheque then your order will not be dispatched until it has cleared or through paypal tracyvolkner@gmail.com. We can now take payment over the phone from your credit or debit card.

POSTAGE
Postage is a standard charge of £3.95 and is sent 2nd class signed for. Orders are usually sent out within 2-7 working days. During Christmas, Easter and bank holidays some delays may occur. During the Christmas season this still applies but urgent orders please contact us. We are happy to ship to most Countries but contact us for pricing. We currently don't ship to Australia where we are unable to ensure safe passage through customs. We apologise to your Australian customs, however we hope you will understand the reasoning due to the strictness of Australian customs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We Hope you are delighted with our products but if for some reason you are, not you can return them within 7days as long as it remains unused. We are happy to exchange or refund if an item is faulty or defective. It can be returned for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for refund or exchange the product must be in otherwise 'as new'condition and complete with any accessories and packaging. Our returns policy does not cover faulty goods by accident,neglect or misuse. When accepting delivery of your order, please inspect your goods for any damage before signing. If the goods are damaged on delivery you must notify us within 3 working days. It is strongly advisable to send your returns by insured delivery as we except no responsibility for goods being lost or damaged while being returned to us.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless the item is faulty or delivered to you in error.
After inspection of returned goods to us refunds will be made within 14days of return.
If you do not return the goods as required, we will deduct any part of the costs of returning the items to us not paid by you or the cost of collection incurred by us.

PACKAGING
Packaging can be recycled but you need to check your local authority for details.

SAFETY ADVICE
Please read the information on essential oils for your safety when using Chenoa Skin Care LTD products which contain essential oils.
It is always advisable when using a new product to do a patch test. Apply a small amount behind the ear or inside the upper arm. If sensitivity occurs then do not use. All products for babies and children are safe to use on their delicate skin but if sensitivity occurs then do not use product.
General Safety Information on Essential Oils
The following is a general list of safety precautions for the use of essential oils and specific conditions:
Pregnancy - It recommended that essential oils are avoided during the first trimester of pregnancy. Some specific oils may be used there after. Contact me for more information.
High Blood Pressure - avoid the following oils - Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Thyme.
Epilepsy - avoid the following oils - Bergamot, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary.
Kidney Problems - Black Pepper, Juniper Berry.
General Advice
Do NOT ingest any essential oil.
Never apply essential oils directly to the skin - always blend with a base oil / cream.
Alcohol Consumption - avoid clary sage for 12 hours as it can induce nausea and nightmares.
Sunbathing - best to avoid the following oils if going to be out in intense heat / sunbathing - Bergamot, Lemon, Lime, Orange and grapefruit oils as these can be PHOTOTOXIC - increase the suseptability of sunburn.
Babies / Young Children and Seniors - are more sensitive to essential oils.Contact me for more information and suitability.
